*Cameras are live as we see Stone Cold sitting with "Nature Boy" Ric Flair.*
Steve Austin- First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for making the time to sit with me so we can do this. It's been a long time.
Ric Flair- Thanks for having me, i'm glad to be here.
Steve Austin- We are gonna get straight to the point on why I asked you to be here. Charlotte, your daughter, what's it like to see her where she is today? in this business, a business you probably know better than anyone else.
Ric Flair- It's a blessing.. To see your own flesh and blood not just carry on what you started but to do it better. I'm not saying that because she's my daughter, I'm saying that because it's true. To see her go out there and become everything that she has, without my influence might I add, makes me proud.
Steve Austin- So she's better than you? How so? Clarify what you mean when you say "without your influence".

Ric Flair- Look at her, Steve.. I know everyone says that I was one of if not the greatest wrestler to ever live. I'm humbled by that but it's not true. I was a great entertainer. I could talk on the mic and tear it up from town to town, city to city, but I wasn't a great wrestler. At least I don't think I was.
But when you watch my daughter, Charlotte, it's pure wrestling. She could out perform me in my best day. She is without a doubt the best talent on the roster, hands down. I would go as far to say she's probably better than most men.
Steve Austin- That says volumes coming from you. With that said, let's get to something that everyone is talking about. Charlotte and Stephanie McMahon. What's with that situation? We all have seen the heat between the two but it seems to have cooled down and maybe fizzled out completely.

Ric Flair- You know the McMahons like I do, you can't trust the family about as far as you can throw them. [Laughs] I would like to think the problems have been resolved between the two but I don't think it's forgotten.
As far as the situation goes and where it started.. I'm not sure. Personally I think Stephanie McMahon is intimidated. Maybe she feels a little threatened because for once, she isn't the dominant female.
Steve Austin- That's me be a stretch because at the end of the day, she IS the general manager of the women's division and as long as she's that, she will always be the dominant female.
Ric Flair- In a sense of power, yes. But without Charlotte, I think Stephanie would fail with this division. I think she knows that and that's why she feels threatened. Plus, Stephanie would never and I mean never, could never, will ever be the wrestler that Charlotte is and that may eat her up a bit too.
Steve Austin- Some strong words there, remember, Stephanie is a former Women's champion.
Ric Flair- During a time period without Charlotte. [smiles] As you would say, that's the bottom line.
Steve Austin- Ric, it was a pleasure having you here to sit down and talk. Hopefully we will be able to do this sometime later down the road. It's been a pleasure working with Charlotte and all the other great talent here while I was filling in for Stephanie McMahon. Maybe we will see each other much sooner than we think.
Ric Flair- Pleasure was mine..
Steve Austin- One time, best way to end this..
Ric Flair- WOOOOO!
