Jim Ross- Ladies and Gentleman, earlier this week news broke on WWE.com that the General Manager, Stephanie McMahon, had a major announcement regarding the women's division. It's now time to find out with this announcement is, it is my honor to welcome to the this ring, STEPHANIE MCMAHON!
*Stephanie McMahons music hits over the pa as she heads down to the ring to a mixed reaction from the fans. She has a huge smile on her face as she enters the ring. J.R and Stephanie exchange a hug as he hands her the mic.*
Stephanie McMahon- ARE ALL OF YOU READY TO MAKE HISTORY?!
*Crowd cheers loudly*
WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT! ARE YOU READY TO MAKE HISTORY IN THE WOMEN'S DIVISION?!
*Crowd erupts with thundering cheers*
When I took over the women's division, I made a promise to not just all the talented women in the back, but to all of you as well. I promised to make this division better than any other division in this company. That the women superstars would no longer take a back seat to the men. So far we have done just that, but, it's not enough.
Which is why over the course of the next couple of weeks we will have matches booked to determine the 5 other women competing in the first ever women's ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH!
*The fans let out cheers you can hear outside the arena*
This match will be for the Women's Championship! So Charlotte will obviously be in this match.
Now it's doesn't matter who you are, everyone will get an opportunity to earn a spot inside the chamber and be a part of history. The only ones that will not be able to participate are the current champions come the Elimination Chamber PPV.
