Rob Van Dam - Being the ECW Champion and being aligned with The Alliance means you have a target on your back at all times. People are lining up to take you out. Triple H and Shawn Michaels did everything they could to try and take me out, but I'm still standing. Sure, Triple H might have gotten a lame ass victory over me when I was most vulnerable but that's the price you have to pay when you're R V D. We both know that's the only way you could ever beat me. Those dudes had to do everything in their power to make sure The Alliance didn't come out victorious in that match. The battle might have been won that time around by the WWF but this war is far from over. Triple H, I'm sure I'll see you and that big nose of yours down the road and you better be ready for RVD when that time comes.
Van Dam pauses and looks over at the ECW Championship draped over his shoulder momentarily before beginning to speak again.
Rob Van Dam - The past 2 weeks, I stepped into that ring with the legendary Ric Flair and proved not once but twice why RVD deserves to carry this belt around. I showed the whole world and the WWF why Rob Van Dam is the man around here. Paul E and I had a conversation not that long ago about throwing some ECW flavor into the mix around here. Sure we have WCW and all that greats they have to offer but what about ECW? WCW could beat the WWF all alone but why not up the risk and take things to the EXTREME. ECW was always the little engine that could and nobody represents ECW better than me, RVD. They don't call me the whole f'n show for no reason. We needed a World Champion representing The Alliance so that's when it was decided to bring back this prestigious championship. I beat Ric Flair in a match to determine who would be ECW Champion and now The Alliance is stronger than ever. Any brand that has RVD on their side will always come out victorious. Whether I'm Mr. Pay Per View or Mr. Monday Night, the fact still remains that I'm your ECW Champion and the Whole Dam Show. This invasion has just been taken to the EXTREME.
The scene fades to black and RVD walks off camera smirking.
